Before you fly

Questions

Do your prices include park fees?

Yes. Every Nayora package price includes the relevant park and conservancy fees, guiding, accommodation and meals as listed. International flights, Kenya eTA, insurance and tips are extra unless stated.

Are the 2026 rates per person?

Yes — per person sharing a double or twin. Solo travellers pay a single supplement. Larger private groups (4–6) often receive a lower per-person rate; ask us to requote.

Is a private vehicle standard?

Yes on the safaris we publish. You will not be combined with other guests in the Land Cruiser unless you choose a scheduled departure. Maximum six guests plus guide is our comfort standard; seven is the hard cap.

When should I book the Great Migration?

For July–October 2026, book as soon as your dates are firm. Balloon permits and river-area camps sell out. We can still arrange last-minute trips, but choice of camp narrows.

Do I need a visa for Kenya?

Most nationalities apply for an eTA before travel at etakenya.go.ke. Tanzania (Zanzibar/Serengeti) has a separate visa. We send a briefing with your invoice; we do not apply on your behalf.

Can you tailor a trip?

Always. The packages on this site are starting points. Tell us your dates, pace, lodges you like, and whether you prefer road or bush flights. We reply with a clear itinerary and a line-item quote in USD and KES.

What is your payment and cancellation policy?

We typically take 30% to confirm and the balance 30 days before arrival. Card and bank transfer accepted. Cancellation terms depend on the camps we book — we share them in writing before you pay.

Is Kenya safe for travellers?

Safari circuits and the Diani/Lamu coast are well-travelled. We use vetted drivers, avoid night road travel where we can, and brief you on city sense in Nairobi. Travel insurance is mandatory on our trips.
